Imagine... a Naruto world that's in a condition that may take time to heal. A condition that, after the Fifth Ninja War, all of its Kages are gone, it's legends are gone, it's nations are left departed. A world where no ninja is seen as trustworthy. A world were piracy rules most lands, and lands that are currently stable are those must begin with small beginnings.
Rain Country is split by two factions, and Cloud Country is overrun by Post-war bandits. No longer do the Top 5 Villages (Mist, Cloud, Sand, Stone and Leaf) own the countries they rest in, and each country is open to many things that one would think their world was post-apocalyptic.
Currently the country showing promise happens to be Grass. Ran by those who seek peace and progression, but is the source of the most illegal underground activities. The world is a different place since the Fifth Ninja War. As a user-based RP, it's place where you can form it to what you desire. With devotion comes manifestation. With Nindo comes perseverance. Although it can be seen as nothing much now, with enough of it you can change the world.
