[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style,font-family: georgia; color: #6c943d; font-size: 45pt; text-align: center;] the restrictions. welcome. Every site needs a few restrictions, correct? So that we don't have to deny any applications needlessly or have any problems arise, we thought we would write up a list of things that are restricted, open to do, or perhaps simply limited for just anyone to play. Please realize what we have on here will not be changed and so please don't continue asking. Have fun reading! chosen one. As you've probably noticed, the plot for our site is lacking a dragonborn. Some might ask - 'is a Dragonborn ever going to appear?' The answer to that is going to be a no. Our plot is set so that the citizens of Skyrim have no hope and no way of really combating the threat of the dragons that are popping up. Along with this is any character associated with any sort of chosen one, such as an assistant or anything like that. Please refrain. falmer. As a race that has been twisted into a monster of sorts instead of the ancient race they used to be, this means they are not able to be played and should thus should not be apped. If they are, they will be denied. Snow elves. As far as original characters go, Snow elves are going to be under the restricted area. Why you might ask? Until Dawnguard DLC came out, their race was thought to be extinct. While the few canon Snow Elves may be played, no original characters will be able to be made. This shouldn't need an explanation, but simply put, it isn't possible to have a bunch of this race when they're mostly exterminated Characters related to Canons. While this isn't completely restricted, it is highly likely to be rejected. The game is largely open and so this might be done, however, before you can, you need to be approved by both the administrators, and the person playing the canon. If no one is playing that particular canon, it will not be able to be done. former Blades. While becoming a Blade is encouraged and both staff members have characters attempting to do so, having an original character that was a previous Blade in hiding is forbidden at the moment. The Thalmor tracked down nearly all of the Blades and wiped them out, meaning it would be highly unlikely that they would have survived in any area of mass quantities. equipment. For right now, while it isn't exactly restricted, this is limited in some areas. Some people have asked what is and isn't restricted in this area. What is would be is special equipment such as what only canon characters possess, as well as Daedric armor and weaponry. Ebony, and glass armor is not included with this. If the character has specialty armor, you must state how they got it as well as a good reason that they would have obtained it in some way. If you need more clarification, PM a member of the staff :3 werewolves. For the time being, we will be restricting werewolves to only those of the inner circle of the Companions. It simply isn't logical to have a bunch of werewolves running around without a good reason. mixed races. As the subject has come up recently, we'll address the subject of mixed races. Some races have mixed - the Bretons exist for this very reason. Mixed race characters that combine most elf and "human" races will be accepted, so long as the union between both parents makes sense in the application. However, argonians, khajiit, and orsimer mixing will not be allowed due to fairly obvious reasons - we see no mixed race characters incorporating these races, and none of these races are shown to be particularly warm to other races in general. Any apps featuring mixed race characters incorporating one or more of these three races will be denied. |
