[atrb=border,0,true] Sibyl was born in Anvil, Cyrodiil, and made to live in Skyrim at the age of eleven with her now deceased uncle. He had taken up a position in the Imperial Army, and when he was killed, it was Sibyl’s trigger to join the war. Nowadays, she’s a courier for the Imperial Legion and spends her days travelling across the Holds with reports and missives and packages that go to soldiers all across Skyrim. It’s in no way as demanding as being on the front lines, but she likes to think it’s just as important. Sibyl’s always been quite hopeful, quite eager to believe despite her grounded realism. Overall she’s a nice person, if a little soft-spoken and timid, and warms up quickly when you talk to her. Her devotion is apparent to anyone who knows her, and you can easily tell where her loyalties lie through her demeanor. She’s gentle and polite but with a driving passion to do good, yet without the courage to do it. Read more about her in her application by clicking the image on the left. For the most part, Sibyl is easy to get along with. She knows how to make light conversation and partake in intellectual discussions, whether with a superior in the Legion or a stranger at the market. She makes friends easily but finds it much harder to keep them. In addition to having to travel a lot and finding no time to visit, Sibyl drifts apart from people quickly because she cannot really connect with others on an emotional level. Despite everything that has happened and is happening around her, though, Sibyl still maintains her desire for a romance like the ones she reads in all books. As this is unlikely to happen, it might be interesting to see someone come along and rip all these ridiculous notions out from her head, or for someone to refuel her belief in fairytales. Lastly, she’ll likely have her fair share of enemies with all sorts of motives, due to her allegiance to the Empire or her general disposition which some may find off-putting. Adrielle and Sibyl

Adrielle loves her hair! She wants to put ribbons in her braids and make it all pretty. Outside of that, Adrielle is the Emperor's Granddaughter, second in line for the title and also a native of Cyrodill. She however is not a solider. She know which end of a dagger to stick someone with, and has no interest in learning anything above that really. She mostly hangs out in Solitude in the court and things, but she does want to see more of Skryim, and would travel with in the confines of the Legion. They don't usually let her too far out of their sight. Sibyl would at least know of Adrielle, even if she did not recognize her on site. Which could be fun. Adrielle travels dressed as a legionnaire when she's outside of Solitude, so Sibyl could mistake her for a new recruit, because she absolutely does not pass as a solider. Of course I am the awful at ideas... so anything you'd really like I'm okay with. YAY IMPERIALS!

Babette sees no immediate reason to loathe her. Which is pretty good for Babette. They wouldn't be friends or anything, but they might run in to each other crisscrossing Skyrim. The Un-Child tends to keep mortals at distance unless they are lunch....

SIBYL & ADRIELLE Haha xD Hmm, I like the idea of Sibyl meeting Adrielle without knowing who she was. Without the title in the way, Sibyl will probably be a lot more open and relaxed around her. I think it’d be interesting if Sibyl ran into her and thought she was new to the Legion, then just started chatting with her while simultaneously trying to help her settle in. I can see the two forming a tentative friendship, where Sibyl feels a sort of inclination to take Adrielle under her wing and develops a sisterly-like responsibility for her. This is, of course, assuming she never becomes aware of Adrielle’s status as a Mede — if she does, any possibility for friendship would be dashed to fragments through the severe formality she will inevitably display around the Emperor’s granddaughter. Still, that might be an interesting plot device later on. Thoughts?

SIBYL & BABETTE It’s true that they’ll probably have very little to do with each other, but it’s also possible that — since they both tend to travel — they’ve run into each other more than once. I wouldn’t say anything would come of it, though, other than Sibyl’s curious concern as to why a child is wandering Skyrim on her own.

I love this idea for them! It would be adorable and hilarious and awesome. And also Addie likes friends! She would be all sad when their friendship got broken. Omg it makes me so happy! We should do a thread with them. IF you want to start one, I am the worst thread starter ever. But I am a great tread replier.... So. You know....

HAHAH Yeah. Babette gets that a lot. And then strangers offer her candy and she kills them. Its a lot of fun to be her. But we could do something with them later on too if you want. Or she has an open thread on the roads of Skyrim... I think. I know she has an open thread somewhere in Skryim... pretty sure its in the roads....

Sibyl | Senex

I MAY HAVE A SMALL IDEAR. My one Imperial loyalist is a ship's captain by the name of Senex Coriolanus, who also happens to be the thane of Whiterun. He's pretty well respected and well known among Skyrim's Imperials. I don't have a particularly outstanding idea, but perhaps he could sail her somewhere she needs to be for courier purposes or something along those lines.

SIBYL & SENEX Hi Kent xD I quite like that idea, actually! Since you mention Senex is a somewhat prominent figure amongst Imperials, it’s likely that Sibyl will follow the general consensus of knowing and respecting him. Perhaps they’re both in Solitude or some other northern Hold at one point, and when she finds out that his ship is heading the same way she needs to go for her next errand, she requests his assistance? It’s possible that Sibyl admires Senex due to what she’s heard from others, and so will feel incredibly excited at being given the opportunity to travel with him despite not knowing him personally. I can’t tell how they’ll fare in each other’s company just yet, so this could give us a good chance to test out their dynamics. What do you think?

This sounds like a fantastic plan to me! Solitude's fine, since he spends most of his time there or in Whiterun when he's not at port or sailing. But yeah! I think we have the basic idea here and we can see where we can go with it. Heck, we could even have some trouble start up on the trip over to add some spice to things. Would you like to start it or should I?

SIBYL & SENEX Trouble is always fun to add in, haha, so we definitely could! In any case, I think this sounds great. I'm usually fine with starting, but could you? It might be easier if you set the scene with Senex first so Sibyl can approach him with her request. If you're not up to it though, I can always do it instead!

They are both warriors in the Imperial Army so they would know each other from around Solitude. They could have been on a patrol or two together or might even hang out together on their off duty hours. Whatever you think would work best.

SIBYL & BATHELIE Sibyl’s not actually a warrior, just a courier — usually all she does is deliver stuff to other members of the Empire around Skyrim. However, it’s still entirely possible for Bathelie and her to know each other. They could’ve met in Solitude or elsewhere and ended up talking. Since she is skilled in archery and that’s the method of combat that Sibyl actually knows a little about, maybe this was mentioned in their conversation and the next time they meet, Sibyl asks if Bathelie can offer her a few tips? So in addition to or in place of them possibly being friends, they could have a mentor/student sort of relationship. Anything is fine with me; it’s up to you!
