Alchemy buddies! The Tiniest vampire, also Master Alchemist. She's interested in Windhelm as it has a boy who's rumored to be planning to preform the black sacrament, and corrupted children are always of an interest to Babette. So she's been haunting the area so to speak. They might interact on an Alchemist level.

Adrielle and Veissalyn

The idea of Addie in Windhelm is a little... ridiculous. So. She is a Social Elite, but probably not one she would interact with in her own natural environment. Now if she goes to Solitude for anything, they might run in to each other. Or If Addie gets kidnapped by hot pirates... I digress. So yes. They are less likely than Babette and Her.

Stellan and Veissalyn
Depending on how long about Veiss contracted lycanthropy and how well she can control her abilities, Stellan could be somewhat of a mentor to her, show her the ways of Hircine, if you will. Just a thought.
